Bullmastiff are large, strong protective breed which are loyal to their family, small pets included. They make for great guard dogs, which actually rarely bite when attacking. Not to say they never bite but usually use their massive body to mobilize the intruder. Bullmastiff like to be the only male dog in the family, sometimes the lone dog.
